I have built a new pc. Everything works fine but when i downloaded gpu drivers for gtx 1060 and run setup, the drivers cannot be installed because the GPU is not detected to be installed on my PC for some reason, even though the monitor is connected on the gpu dvi port.

I am using Asrock A320M Pro4 Motherboard

Device Manager:

Note: one CD was included in motherboard box and one in GPU Box. I didn't run those CDs, should i install their setups?

Solution
Did you plug in the power cable to the video card from the PSU? Did you put the video card in the correct slot? Win10 (you are using Win10, right?) should have loaded a driver that would have gotten the card working. Since it didn't, the logical place to start is installing the motherboard drivers from the CD, then the video driver from the CD. It's also possible that you have a BIOS/SATA conflict, which would be the next place to look.

Yes - Yes- Yes windows 10 Pro. I will try to follow this tutorial

My motherboard is trolling me. After unplugging the cable from the gpu and plugging it on the dvi port of the motherboard and back to the gpu was the trick, now gpu is displayed on device manager & Speccy software. Do i need to install gpu drivers now?

Yup download the latest drivers and install them, do a clean/express install.
