Pci drivers error in windows 10

my current setup is ryzen 1700,adata 8gb d40 ram,amd 5450 gpu
when i open device manager i am getting exclamation mark on pci device and down below that same with sm bus controller,pci encryption and decryption controller

kindly help me i have flashed windows 3 times latest ,installed all the montherboard drivers,gpu drivers
when i click on pci update drivers it says no drivers found,in details section it shows drivers install requested.

you will want to make sure you install the latest BIOS
the motherboard drivers may have been already updated but need to match the BIOS version
