[SOLVED] PCI-E 4.0 compatible with X470?

Last I heard, certain motherboard manufacturers could make their X470 motherboards compatible with PCIe 4.0 (w/ Ryzen 3000 CPU) with a bios update. Has there been a change in that with all the new info released this week? It kinda looks like it's only X570 that will support PCIe 4.0 now.

The PCIe 4 won't matter much if anything. The GFX performance increase would be so minimal that you wont be able to tell. Just like when you go from 16x to 8x.
