Question PCI-E 4.0 x8 GPU on PCI-E 3.0 x16 MOBO. Will it bottleneck?

Will Radeon 6600 (non-XT) which is on PCIe 4.0 x8 bottleneck on PCI-e 3.0 x16 MOBO? As i understand it will work with PCI-e 3.0 x8 speed, correct?
Will bandwitch be enough? i do not know how to check it

It should be fine.
How to check? Look for reviews of that card and find one where they did a PCIe4.0 vs 3.0 comparison.
