Pci-e Express x16 3.0 working on x1 3.0 always

My performance so poor because pcie x16 3.0 working on pcie x1 3.0.i tried to render ,but it didnt change. how can i fix that problem ?

Where are you seeing that your card is only running at x1? What motherboard do you have, and which slot is the card installed in?

I'm Seeing that in gpu-z. it doesn't change.card is installed in pcie x16 slot.My Motherboard is HP 8079.

So even if you check while running a graphics load (e.g. furmark or unigine valley), it still stays at x1?

What about it you turn windows power mode to high performance?
