Question Pci-e slot damaged but works?

I ordered a computer that the shop built for me, during shipping the plastic part that secures the gpu had fallen of into the case (its removable) and my 3080ti was hanging loose except for being screwed in at the backplate, the pcie slot has been damaged but since iv been waiting so long for my pc I decided to plug it in anyways and everything seems to work just fine, even with the damaged pcie slot. Should I be worried?

Contact the shop. This is unacceptable for the amount of money you paid. God knows what else is wrong in there due to their negligence. I wish you had contacted the shop immediately after seeing this, because now if something goes wrong, you're the one who might end up eating the cost of replacement parts, not the shop.

Holly sheet, that's a lot of damage that can't happen just because of shipping, no way.
No matter what, return it, because of that damage (not only the clip, you are going to have problems sooner or later, pressure on contacts is reduced and even small oxidation will make big problems.
