Hey, recently I wanted to use my PC again (after a month cuz of punishment :pt1cable:)

so, the problem is my pc doesnt show anything not even the bios screen at startup so idk (like blackscreen the whole time)
in the summer i had the same problem, sometimes my hd6950 was working and sometimes not, i fixed this problem by removing the gpu and putting it back (a lotttttt of times x'd)

so i tried 3 different gpu's: hd6950, hd6570 and gt220 (yes this thing is so ancient xD)

i read that my bios settings maybe changed to onboard gpu instead of pci e
so idk how to reset my bios without accesing it.
my specs:

(srry for the crappy english, i rushed it and didnt want to correct the text lol)

Solution

Yo, I didn't really do what you said but I managed to fix it :D
Together with my friend we completely took out all components of the pc (except for psu) and i think the problem was that there was a leakage of cooling paste, we found cooling paste on like 25% of the socket (under the cpu yes ;-;) so we cleaned that with a glasses wipe thing (so it couldnt damage or get stuck in the socket) and ye im so f-ing happy everything is okay now :D

Oh...

Nope the hdmi port on the io shield of my mobo doesnt work, i put in another gpu (the gt 220 again) and still nothing, i reset cmos with jumper, also with battery, i swapped ram, pushed all connected cables just to be sure and still nothing. Can it be that the slots are burnt? ;-; like both of em dont work

Heres a video https://youtu.be/-2LnqUOQ7IQ

Just for testing, try moving the card in the other PCIe slot and leaving single RAM module installed (test different slots). Try VGA to VGA or DVI ti DVI, if possible. Try also testing different video cable.
Don't use the onboard ports, as indeed, they don't work with your CPU (APU needed).
