PCI-E slots in Asus H81M-K

Does this motherboard support PCI-E x16@x16 speed either in 2.0 or 3.0?
According to intel, it has :
"Max # of PCI Express Lanes = 6"
"PCI Express Configurations = x1, x2, x4"

in expansion category but it also states that
"Supported Processor PCI Express Port Configurations = 1x16"

What does that mean and whats the difference between them?

The reason it says that there is 1x16 express port configs, is because on the physical board itself there is only 1 pcie x16 PORT, lanes are different. The Gpu (graphical PROCESSING Unit) plugs into the 16x slot, therefore being a PROCESSOR pci e express port, and theres only one, however any other pci devices can go in x1,x2,x4 and theres 6 of those added together... you see?
