PCI-E x0 but not x16?

Probably a noob question but I wanted to make sure that my XFX Radeon 280 is running at the normal x16 lanes as it should since it's alone.

AMD CCC 14.2 says PCI-E x0
It is plugged into the main PCI slot for GPU and clipped in properly

So does x0 mean it's simply not crossfired (as in it's using all necessary lanes for full performnance?)

Thanks!
(And if I added a second GPU, THEN would finally say x16 x16?) Thanks!

SPECS:
AMD FX Series 8320E 8 core 3.5-4GHz
ASUS M5A78L-M/usb3
8GB G.Skill Sniper Series @1866MHz
3GB XFX Radeon R9 280-a
2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM SATA III 64MB buffer
EVGA Supernova B2 750W

Thanks guys!

Solution
There is no such thing as PCI-E x0.
Your motherboard has one PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot.
The card supports PCI-E 3.0, but is backwards compatible with 2.0.
Using PCI-E 2.0 will still provide enough bandwidth for your card without any noticeable drop in performance.
Your board does not have a second PCI-E x16 slot, so it is not possible to install another card for Crossfire.

Solution
it doesnt support crossfire so no second slot for gpu , it probably just looking at onboard gpu, use a program like gpuz to verify it

Why does AMD CCC 14.2 say PCI x0 then? I am looking at it right now. x0. I've never seen that before

What you are looking at probably has nothing to do with the speed. Do you have a screen shot?
