yes thats gonna fit and work pci-express is backwards compatible mate.

meaning 3.0 will work in 2.0 and 1.0

Yes. This combination will definitely work. Both of these are compatible. In the description of the motherboard it says "with PCI-Ex16 interface" meaning it will fit any PCI Express x16 3.0 card (or 2.0/1.0) Basically there is no need to worry, Everything is compatible. 🙂
