Both of those cables are the same, they are just as #1 & # 2 so you know that you have 2 of them available, and can be used individually or at the same time if needed.

It may be possible to convert them to 1- 8pin connector, IF such an adapter even exists...

But the best thing would be to get a psu with 8pin connectors & cables from the start and use them instead of risking damage to your GPU with some wonky adapter

And I would feel very uncomfortable about using any PSU made by a company named "SparklePower" :D
