Pci error & bus controller . Cant get on internet!

[Nursenasty]

i hav win 8 on my toshiba skullcandy L50-d
I cant get on the internet as i have 2 errors-
-pci device
-SM Bus Controller
Both yellow - i don't have the disc that came , i cant restore to a previous point (none)
& my previous attemp at downloading chipset drivers failed saying system inadequate. ..
So i really don't know -at this point I'm taking it back to the shop come monday
