Question PCI Express Active-State Power Management (ASPM) has been disabled due to a known incompatibility with the hardware in this computer

Will there ever be a way to diagnose to this error? I had same error when using Windows 7 on different computer.

sound like hardware issue, so hardware spec would be helpful
