[SOLVED] PCI Express v4 on b450 chipset

On my system the HWinfo shows my b450 motherboard has PCI Express Version Supported: v4.0 does it mean my AGESA is low enough to use those fast nvme ssd ?

Are there nvme's that support PCI-E 4.0?
It's a brand new standart... so i don't think there are.
You can plug in any Nvme you want, it will run as intended.
Even if you have 4.0 support its disabled on B450 and X470.

But you know. Even if they do 5000MB/s unless you're moving files from and to the PCie 4.0 drive or another PCIe 4.0 drive you won't even see the difference in speed. Games are loading...

And like you said it's not supported on his board.
