On my system the HWinfo shows my b450 motherboard has PCI Express Version Supported: v4.0 does it mean my AGESA is low enough to use those fast nvme ssd ?

Are there nvme's that support PCI-E 4.0?
It's a brand new standart... so i don't think there are.
You can plug in any Nvme you want, it will run as intended.
Even if you have 4.0 support its disabled on B450 and X470.

There are a few like these.

https://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-Internal-Extreme-Performance-SB-ROCKET-NVMe4-1TB/dp/B07TLYWMYW/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=pcie+4.0+m.2&qid=1590146634&sr=8-3

https://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Force-MP600-Gen4-PCIe/dp/B07SQZYW2V/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=pcie+4.0+m.2&qid=1590146634&sr=8-4

But you know. Even if they do 5000MB/s unless you're moving files from and to the PCie 4.0 drive or another PCIe 4.0 drive you won't even see the difference in speed. Games are loading 1 second faster. OS boot in 1 second faster.

And like you said it's not supported on his board.
