Pci express x16 2.0 bottleneck r9 270x?

Hi guys, i have a radeon xfx r9 270x double d and i want to get a pentium g3258. But, i dont want to spend a lot to a motherboard and i would like to take a h81 chipset. Will the pci express 2.0 bottleneck my r9 270x. I think r9 270x's bandwidth is 5.6gb/s and pcie 2 x16 is 8gb/s am i right?

There is no issue running it on the 2.0. There isnt a card that can fill the bandwidth of the 2.0 lane.

it wont even come close to bottle necking it could run on a x4 1.0 without any noticeable differnce
