Question PCI Express x16 card help

I need a cheap $50-100 PCI Express x16 video card that will work with a 275 watt pwr supply in a Dell Optiplex 9010 running win 10. I also need it to run dual monitors - 1 VGA and 1 DVI is OK. Thanks in advance for any help.

a Gt710 will handle that fine as long as your DVI is digital and not analog.

[edit] This would not be a gaming card if thats what your looking for. Well maybe some real old games would be ok.

The aforementioned GT710 is about $49 on Amazon, perfect for a GPU that will only play Quake 3 and Medal oh Honor, etc...

There are also GTX1030 variants for ~$85...and I found a few $49 GTX650 variants on Amazon as well...
