Pci -expressx1 to pci-x16 expander

Hello,Hi looking to find out if there is a pcix1express to pcix16 expnder available. Or a pci conventional 32 - 64 expander.
my motherboard dell dimension 3100 has 2 x pci 32 slots and 1 pci1 express slot.

sounds pointless, a video card would run too slow at 1x....if it works at all. just replace the motherboard, you can get pretty cheap motherboards with 16x pcie slots. That slot expander will not allow you to screw the card down flush with the case also, it will just loosely sit there. Would not recommend this at all.
