PCI fan placement

I am buying a pci fan, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835119065&ignorebbr=1 because my GPU is getting too hot and my case doesn't support anymore fans. I was wondering where i should place it. back of the GPU facing it, front where the GPU fan is facing towards it, or whatever.

I would place it above the card, it is an exhaust fan, and most GPUs intake from the bottom so it should blow towards that fan.
Honestly, I dont see it helping much. I would recommend a new case if you can.

I used to use a similar fan, put it above the back of the vid card with the fan facing the back of the card, it won't help much, better to have a fan blowing on the back of the card (you can mod that fan to do the job if your case has room).
