PCI Lock and other locks

Hi. I haven't OCed for a long time so I don't remember much. How much should I be locking my PCI ports at? Was it 33 or 100? What about PCI-e ports as well?

These are my specs:
CPU: e6750 G0
Mobo: gigabyte p35-ds3r
ram - 2gb tracer 800mhz

on a further note, i can't seem to break 3.2ghz. any suggestions?

PCI should be 33.3
PCI-E is generally 100

both are probably locked at those values by default though on a P35.

As for your OC have you set the RAM voltage to 2.2V & the CPU:RAM ratio at 1:2 (in Gigabyte parlance others would say 1:1)?

Actually you have to set the PCIE to 100MHz from Auto.
