[SOLVED] PCI or PCI-e network card?

The title is pretty self-explanatory.
My internet speed is 3.3/0.5. I have been using my phone with usb tethering but it got annoying.
Is there any difference with latency when comparing pci or pcie network cards?
Pci cards are significantly cheaper than pcie, so I want to know if there is any difference?

Generally not unless you would buy a very high end wifi card which does not make much sense when you have a very slow internet connection.

I am kinda surprised you can even find pci cards almost everything is pcie.

There are different model cards. Some use faster transfer standards than others.

Does your motherboard even have a PCI slot? It's quite possible, you don't have any.
Then you can use PCIE cards only.

Better just show links for products, you're considering.
And list model name for your motherboard, so compatibility can be verified.

For your internet speed, a USB adapter will be just fine. Doesn't even need to support USB 3 for your 3Mbit ISP speed.
