PCI runs at 33MHz at standard spec. Its overclockable to around 40MHz, but not stable. The 66MHz you speak of will be the bandwidth, meaning it handles twice the data at the same speed.

not many desktop boards support 66 MHz PCI, and none of them support 64 bit either. in fact i havent come across any desktop board supporting 66 MHz although PCI 2.1 it complies to specifies it to support 66 MHz.

there are 64 bit 66 MHz slots on many server boards and a few workstation boards, but havent seen many cards that do 64 bit at 66 MHz, both.
