PCI SDD and HDD RAID problem

Hello,
I've done building my pc today and I ran into a problem.

I am using these parts:

I want to use the WD Black PCI SDD for the system and applications while running the 2 1TB WD Blue hdds in RAID (Sata). When I enable RAID and try to install Windows, it can not recognize the SDD.

Is my plan even possible? If yes, how should I do it?
