Have you tried the Lenovo support website?
If you cannot find the drivers then post the PCI Serial port 'Hardware Ids'

Lenovo has stopped driver support for the T420s, I went to my tech store and asked for support so they called Lenovo and they said they have stopped with all driver support for Windows 10, if you have Windows 8.1 or lower there are still drivers that may work.

They use the same drivers for Windows 8.1 and 10.

Again, If you cannot find the drivers then post the PCI Serial port 'Hardware Ids'
