Hello, i need pci simple communications controller for WIN7 ultimate 64-bit on a toshiba L655-S5144 machine. Pliz help

You already have the controller in your computer . If you are asking for drivers - they are the chipset drivers, which you can find on the toshiba site. There are two of them - the driver itself and the other, bigger, was some management software which exact name I forgot.
Go there: http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/innovation/generic/SUPPORT_PORTAL/, or at the corresponding place at the US site, put the serial number of your laptop in the text field and they will show you all the drivers you need for the model
