PCI simple controller drivers for Intel board

Whatever this is has really messed up my computer! I can't play any DVDs or any video that uses Flash or Shockwave! I'm getting desperate, I have used Driver Genius Professional to no avail.
These are the problem parts:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_29C4&CC_0780
I have an Intel motherboard model DG33FB
Intel no longer offers any kind of support, I have tried downloading their general driver but every time it locks up and crashes, I assume for the same reason the Flash and Shockwave does.

I found it! MY video card was not compatible with the 64 bit system. I went to AMD and instead of searching for drivers for my card I just told them I needed a driver for windows 7 64 bit--that worked
