Motherboard model is GB H61M DS2,but just can't find the slot for the network card. The model is TP-LINK TF 3239DL.Seems to me the integrated network card is damaged because it won't connect to internet when i'm using 100 mbps, therefore I must lower it to 10mbps.Any help will be useful. Thanks in advance.

Solution
Your motherboard has no PCI slots, all the slots on it are PCI Express:

The TP-LINK TF 3239DL has a legacy PCI interface so it won't fit in a PCI Express slot.

You therefore need to buy a network card designed for a PCI Express slot, they are very common so shouldn't be hard to find.

Thanks for the answers.Any idea how to fix the internet/mbps issue? I think if it still works with 10 mbps its not damaged at all.So how can I fix that?

Must update driver with Mobo's vendor.
How exactly do you determine it's not working at the higher speed?
What do the back LED looks like, color, flash?
have you tried other cables/ports, exactly what switch/router, name brand/model.
Under device -> Properties, there is a setting for 10/100/auto, SET IT TO 100.

There was a thunderstorm last night and there was no internet because of that.My provider thinks that the integrated network card is damaged and switched it from 100 to 10.He thinks I need a new lan card.Back Led color is now orange, usually its green.Switching from 10 to 100 stops the internet connection.

New card may fix the speed problem anyway so pointless posting any more, at least until you've tried a new network card.
If problem persists even after fitting a new card, start a new thread as this thread won't attract any more help because it's marked as "Solved" which is what happens when you choose a post as "Best solution".
