Question PCI Slots

Hello Everyone,

My Laptops specification is telling me I got one
PCI PEG Gen1/Gen2/Gen3 X16 Slot Empty and other 4
PCI-Express X1 Slots Empty

Does that mean I can add GPU from those slots? Also
I wanna know if same RAM slot supports both DDR3 and DDR4 type?
Cause in my laptops specification I found it can support DDR4 too.

I got a Lenovo Edge 2 2016 Model. It is quite Old now.
Also I got one note that Maximum Supported DDR4 Frequency is 1067 MHz ,
currently I am using DDR3-1600 / PC3-12800.
So I wanna know which one will improve my performance?
Adding additional DDR3-1600 or upgrading to DDR4

Can you write the specific model cuz from what i hv seen, it doesnt support ddr4 memory , And ddr3 - 1600mhz is better than 1067mhz. And it has only one ram slot .

I tried searching for my Laptop on the internet but I didn't find any specific data.
Then I came across this HWiNFO software which provided me these data. I can provide
