PCI-to-PCI Bridge Code 31

Hello,
Installed my Asus Xonar DSX soundcard and it could not be found in Device Manager under Sound, instead I got a yellow warning triangle in "System Devices" named PCI-to-PCI Bridge, In properties it says Code 31.

I got an Asus Sabertooth P67 motherbaord. Latest BIOS and chipset drivers.

Changed to another PCI port and it is now working.
