PCI to pci waking up my computer

I've turned everything that's allowed to turn my pc on off, my keyboard Ethernet and mouse are not allowed to turn my pc on. I've been struggling with this ever since I rebuilt my pc in a new case so none of my settings should of changed the only new hardware I have is a NZXT hue and 2 fans. I went into my command prompt and nothing shows up when I look for devices allowed but the last wake command shows pci to pci waking the pc. Anyone know a fix?

Have you tried every listing in Device Manager (Power Management)?

I have tried every setting the computer will sleep if the computer isn't used for a long time but after an hour it will refuse to stay asleep
