PCi, USB, (Issues)

HI . IM new here first post, i always read all your articles and solutions, it's a great site. But this time i came to ask for help. (sorry for my english)
I have this MoBo MSI A88XM E-45. And since i installed Win 7 x64 Ultimate there's some issues with my usb (mobo) ports, and ive noticed some icons on device manager aswell for som PCI port

The thing is with win 8.1 i had not that issues and all my usb worked great.

Ive tried to update drivers from MSI site, with no happy results. Just the usb 3.0 were updated correctly.
My pc specs:
AMD Athlon(tm) x4 750k Quad Core processor 3.4ghz
8gb Ram ddr3 A-Data
R9 280x 3gb sapphire
SSD kingston hyper x
Thermaltake power 550w

Install the AMD chipset drivers from the motherbd support site please.
