PCI x16 Expansion?

Ok so i've got a curious question, since i know servers can take PCI express expansion cards on a server motherboard. This allows someone to fit a new card on a different slot.

I'm wondering is there such thing that i could use for my PC.

I have a ASUS Limited Edition Sabertooth 990FX/Gen 3 R2.0

It has many PCI Slots
Slot 1: PCIe 3.0 x16
Slot 2: PCIe 2.0 x16
Slot 3: PCIe 3.0 x16
Slot 4: PCI Slot
Slot 5: PCIe 3.0 x16

What is currently in there is occupying Slots 1, 3
Sapphire Radeon Vapor-X 6GB

But due to size i can't use slot 5.

Does anyone know of a way in which i can move slot 5 over so i can then plug something in. There is just enough room to plug in a cable, but not a card.

I think if you want that you're going to have to custom make it your self...

I have the RoseWill Black-Hawk Ultra. What case might you suggest to make this a possibility?
Also what do you mean double height GPU?

The Corsair 600t is a good option.

I have two Vapor-X Graphics cards sitting inside the case atm.
The reason why i want to get this expansion card, not slot, is so i can use Slot 5 that is being nearly completly covered by the Vapor-X Graphics Cards

OH! I didn't understand what you meant, hmm, so this expansion card, does it require a PCI slot? If so I think you can get a PCIe x16 extension like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/PCI-E-Express-extender-ribbon-cable/dp/B0059QJFZ6, but you will still need a new case to fit since the 7970 covers the bottom slot, the Fractal Design Define R4 have a extra side slot that would fit this role perfectly.

Well it needs to be at least PCI-X16, and the ribbon would go under the fan. Then i would give me the access. My other question is, is that is there a Extension that also screws in to the case? that way it'll fit better.
Though it needs to be left side slot

I think if you want that you're going to have to custom make it your self, sorry I couldn't help.
