PCIe 2.0 Motherboard updating to PCIe 2.1 Card

Hello,
Is there a problem going to a PCIe 2.1 card on a 2.0 standard board. Gigabyte UD4 (rev. 1), 750w PS, Windows 7, amd 3.4 ghz chip. Looking at HD5760

Nope, there should be absolutely no problem, 2.1 works on 2.0
