PCIe 2.0 x16 v/s PCIe x16

I'm having mobo " ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS "

Which has
~1 X PCI-E x16
~1 X PCI-E x1
~2 X PCI

I am about to buy a graphics card named :: " ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 610 Synergy Edition 2 GB DDR3 Graphics Card "
Whose Bus Standard PCI Express 2.0 x16

My Actual question is that will my mobo support this Graphics Card.[with reason]?

And what is the basic thing which classifies the difference between PCIe 2.0 x16 and PCIe x16.

And what is that thing i should check out that this GPU is compatible with my PC.

In other words having a PCIEx16 slot will be compatable... and you should look for better video card performance with your purchase.
