PCIe 2 x16 in PCIe 2 x1?

I'm trying to setup Windows inside Linux in a QEMU/KVM Setup with GPU Passthrough,

I have a GTX 1050 that I will passthrough to windows, but I need a crap gpu to host my other monitor that will retain linux.

Thinking about getting a GT 210, but it's a PCIe 2.0 x16 GPU, and the only slot i have left is a PCIe 2.0 x1 Slot... Will it fit? or...

Ohh, i thought the x1 slot was the normal pci slot... *fail* thanks

That particular motherboard has PCI slots -- you may be able to find a PCI video card. That may be better than a PCIe x1 card.
