Question PCIe 3.0 Vertical Bracket

Currently, I have an ASRock Z790 PG Sonic motherboard, running a RX 6900 XT on the 1st PCIe slot (CPU 1x PCIe 5.0 x16 slot) and the NVMe SSD also on the 1st slot for SSD (CPU Hyper M2 Socket, PCIe Gen4x4).

I'm looking into buying a vertical GPU mounting kit, and found a Phanteks PCIe 3.0 at 44€ and the PCIe 4.0 at 74€.

I want to know if I get the PCIe 3.0 will have an influence on NVMe and if the GPU will suffer from the downgrade.

It will not change the NVMe slots. Yes, it will effectively cut the bandwidth to the GPU in half. A PCIe 4.0 riser should not be that hard to track down.
