Question PCIe 4.0 Motherboard?

I'm building a pc with Ryzen 5 3600 and RX 5700 XT. Are there budget motherboards with PCIe 4.0? I've found the Galax x570m which is very cheap, but no one has made a review about it, is it good?

I would skip it, VRM is disastrous.

A no-name motherboard is a very risky thing to do. Will you get BIOS updates? Will RAM work? Is quality control/testing good? Those are all unknowns with no-name motherboards.

Far better off with a 450 or 470 mono instead of an unknown. Why risk your investment?
