I just build a new pc with these specs:
CPU: 5700x
GPU: 6650xt
Motherboard: gigabyte B550 AORUS Elite V2 ( latest bios )
Ram: 32GB ddr4 3600
SSD: Samsumg 980 nvme m.2 and another one for windows ( sata 3 )
PSU: corsair rm650 Gold

As you can see the PCIe is running at x8 instead of x16

What I've tried so far:
  1. Disconnect everything from the motherboard but CPU + GPU + Memories and check bios info, nothing still x8
  2. In the BIOS change PCIe from auto to Gen4 or Gen3 or the followings... no luck at all
  3. Rollback BIOS update, no bueno.
  4. Disconnect the GPU clean all the pins and pcie slot, nothing.
And yes the GPU is connected to the correct PCIe slot ( the closest to the CPU ).

Any ideas ? thanks in advance
