Question PCIe 6+2 connectors... blue and yellow?

Hi all, my PSU has 2 x 6+2 PCIE cables , one is colored blue and the other is yellow - is there any difference to these cables?

Is it better to use two separate cables from the psu, or plug into my graphics card the same 6+2 cable, as there are two connectors on each of the blue and yellow cable lines?
