Question PCIe card - USB 3.0 VL805 - no output voltage

Hello,
I have USB 3.0 VL805 PCIe card (4 ports) from Ali-express. The card is present in OS (Windows 7, PCLinuxOS), but the peripherals connected to the card are not powered. The card is extra powered via Molex connector. I found some posts in the net about the same problem. The solution is the upgrade of card's bios. Unfortunately, the vendor does not share any files. Any idea?

Only what some of my acquaintences have bought. I never buy "no name" devices myself as it generally means poor, hard to find, or non-existent support from the manufacturer.

You may be better off buying a mains-powered 4-port USB hub instead.

Unfortunately, your comments are off topic. It is a real case. I am not the only user of such a card. I have it, and I want to use it or... move it to trash.

The card is working, but only with external powered peripherals. There's no 5V at the ports. How to turn on the voltage in Windows 7 and Linux?
