Pcie clip stuck, can't install new graphics card (urgent)

Can't pull the clip in any side.
Can I somehow break it off or is there another solution

Might be if you post a pic of the situation. Your description of the issue leaves a lot desire. If you are speaking of the locking lever at the front of a gfx card, I can't picture one being "stuck".
