Question PCIe fan question for helping GPU temps

It could help some but you also need to introduce more air intake in it's vicinity or it will just recycle hot air.

I've already cut a hole in the acrylic side panel and added a Noctua 140mm fan as an intake for the GPU. But recycling air is the problem now for the entire case. I just got the big Acer 43inch CG7 monitor so I had to drop the PC from the desk's surface to the desk's bottom shelf which doesn't allow waste heat to escape as easily as the open air desktop since it now has a ceiling and 2 walls only 3 inches from the outside of the case. Now the heat is right at the point where it's starting to degrade my OC results so I was hoping a PCIe GPU fan could shave off a few C.

Hopefully that'll allow waste heat to vent a lot better.
