PCIe Gen 2 with x4 lanes and 4 sata 3 ports

Hi,
I am looking for a expansion card for my hard drives. I am completely new to expansions cards and when I was searching for the terms above, I couldn't quite tell if the cards were 1 or 4 lanes.
I am really frustrated at the moment. Just link send me a link to a card and I will buy it please.

P.S. It should be available in Germany.
