Question PCIe Gen4 SSD not working with my GPU together...

Hi Guys, I just bought an Aorus Z590 Ultra AX mobo & a i7-11700k.
I already had an Aorus 2TB Gen4 SSD which worked in my Z270 mobo,
as it is backward compatible. I assembled my new rig today, I did it step
by step.
I inserted the gen4 SSD to the first slot as per the manual, and my gen3
SSD into another slot. All working fine, booting up, Windows loading.
As a last step I installed my EVGA 3080. POST and Boot are just fine,
but there is blank screen afterwards, Windows not loading.
Once I removed the GPU, and used the IGP again, it worked. As a last idea,
I removed the Gen4 SSD from its slot, and voilá, system is booting up.
So now I can only think of some kind of collision between my GPU trying
to use PCIE 4.0 and my SSD trying to work the same way...
Did I miss something in the BIOS settings? As per my research there are
20 CPU Lanes, so theoretically it should work as is... 16 for GPU and 4
for the SSD. Any help would be appreciated...

No, not yet. Just wanted to see if every hardware is working together, since I replaced the motherboard and cpu. I will try a fresh install from USB soon.
However my system drive is NOT the gen4 SSD but a gen3 in the 3rd slot.
