Question Pcie Gpu run at pcie 1.1 instead 3.0 at PCIE 3.0 motherboard

i have a Gtx 1060 6GB for my 4th gen B85 intel motherboard, my motherboard supports PCI-E 16x 3.0, But when I checked in GPU Z it runs on PCI-E 1.1 not on 3.0, even though I have set it in BIOS to run on PCIe 3.0, how should I change it?

it should just be a power saving feature - try to put some stress on your gpu and the readings in GPU-Z should change from 1.1 to 3.0 in real time .
