Ssds are usually <5w so the chances that it's overloading the pc is likely none at all. The cpu has 16 lanes which is being used for the gpu and the mobo has 24 lanes. You're not even using them all but you are free to use them all. That's why they are there. Does it cause more strain to use them all? No. Fill up every port possible and it won't even care; except the psu if you put multiple high power gpus.
