Question pcie lanes problem sound blaster z se

hi, i have a problem with a creative sound card model sound blaster z se , when i turn on, restart or turn off the pc it emits annoying pops from the speakers, i was wondering if it can affect the fact that my ryzen 3200g cpu has few pcie lanes, i already a video card that runs at 8x and an nvme so this may be the problem? thank you.

The sound card is using lanes from the chipset.

The popping sounds are likely the DACs in the sound card having a sudden change in power. While it probably is harmless in this environment, it's usually not a good idea to mess with the DAC or audio source power source until the speakers are turned off first.

issue is most likely at your speaker amplifier, its missing passive filter (usualy 16ohm resistor) to avoid pops
