Hi everybody !
I bought Corsair mp500 120gb Nvme m2 pcie gen3 ssd. Also I have msi gl62-6qd laptop. Normally my msi suppose to suppport this ssd. When it comes to reality, I plugged ssd but it is not detected by neither bios nor by the windows10. When I plugged ssd I also realize that ssd consumes energy. How can I fix this issue ?

Extra info ;
Bios is latest version.
I can access the IRST screen after bios screen(to make raid drive)

Also Msi say this ;

It may be caused by SSD compatibility.

In order to get the best performance and avoid warranty service item, we suggest our customer to upgrade SSD at our service center.
The reason why we suggest our user to do the upgrade at our service center because
1. they use only the SSD which has been tested by MSI.
2. user can keep the warranty after the upgrade (the local warranty policy for self-upgrade is decided locally and different in every country, so we suggest you confirm with the local service center).

Thank you and have a good day.

Then I wrote this ;
I understood what you listed but I didnt understand that why my ssd is not competible. Because everything is suitable. Also when ssd plugged ıt makes energy assumption that I can fallow on Gaming Center. Please bring me another solution.

For a final(!) answet they said ;
Please remove the new nvme m2 ssd,and then put it in again.
If you still can not detect it in BIOS and windows,it may be caused by SSD compatibility.
Please ask MSI service center help you add compatible SSD.

When I look at bios pcie slot seems empty.

I had also tried make ahci to raid ; legacy,uefi, uefi with csm combinations and secure boot menu. I dont know what to do.
I live in Turkey and SSD came from USA(third person brought me this ssd)so I cant give it back to amazon.
