I was trying to adjust something in my computer while leaning the computer against my wall And suddenly the computer started falling towards me so I caught on to it by the graphic card while still mounted with screws while it was still in the pcie socket to prevent the whole pc from hitting the floor from the bottom while I had it leaning against the wall from it's feet . so my concern is if that could damage the pci slot or card? . It was accidental I didn't mean to catch it by the card with my hand under it. it's cuz I just got a new motherboard and CPU today and I've been real clumsy due to lack of sleep.

Accidents can and will happen when the case is propped up at an angle that it's not meant to be in. That being said, if you're not experiencing any problems with the system's functionality or performance, I'd ask you to leave it alone. Ofc, I'll also ask you to not lean a chassis full of components against a wall. It should either be vertical or horizontal, not in between.

If it still works it's likely fine. But yes there's a few examples of users ripping out their PCIe slot due to being stupid.

I would avoid putting yourself in those situations and trying to 'rig' something, when it takes a minuscule amount of time to do them properly with lesser risk to yourself and your components.
