If you zoom in you can clearly see the burnt pin connectors but it might be internal or external so idk

Yes the seller says that the card is working

Also I looked for other images online for the same card's pcie pins from the back and they look clean unlike in this card

Resolution of the photo is too low.
Can't see, if those are burn marks or dirt smudges.

Is this for sale on ebay or, perhaps a local seller?
Is the seller reputable?
If the seller says the card is working, you should be able to return it if it fails.
