PCIe priorities. SSD vs VGA

I am in building a high end PC with fastest available SSD and powerful Graphics Card.
That is, Intel 905p & RTX2080ti.
Can you give me a tip onto which to put 1st and which 2nd?
I work in a Video Editing business...
